The warm year-round climate makes Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena and its surrounding communities a great place to retire.
Burbank is home to Providence Saint Joseph Hospital and several other award-winning skilled nursing facilities. Our Home Care team is proud to work with these hospitals and is committed to serving the seniors citizens of Burbank and the surrounding communities.

Mr. Koontz started in an entry-level position where he then worked his way up, working for some of the nation’s largest in-home care providers and learning every facet of the business along the way. Brian has held numerous leadership positions in his career and believes that every success he’s been a part of starts with the building of relationships. He brings this simple but effective concept to the teams he leads and the communities he serves. Brian loves his work and is passionate about providing seniors with the highest level of care. His desire is to ensure seniors enjoy their best years of life while being provided excellent care in the comfort of their own homes. Brian studied Business Management at the University of Central Florida and Valencia College. He has been married to Robyn for 15 years and they have 4 young children. Brian is an avid sports fan in the Los Angeles landscape following all of Los Angeles’s major sports franchises. Mrs. Lopez joined the Care To Stay Home in 2011 as the Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator. She found her passion in helping pair the right staff members with the right clients. Her success in matching clients and caregivers has led her to oversee all Staffing, Care Management, Employee Management and Human Resources.
Mrs. Lopez finds it incredibly rewarding to allow individuals to stay at home while providing quality care. She loves developing long-lasting relationships with client’s, their family’s and the Care To Stay Home staff. The most rewarding aspect of her job is Care Management, where she is able to go into the home and see Clients and Employees. These home visits enable her to personalize these relationships, and see how beneficial home care is to individuals and their families.
When Megan’s not at work she is spending time with her husband and two kids. She enjoys church activities, bike riding, reading, knitting, organizing and spending time with her extended family. Dee has been a people person from the day she was able to speak. Her ability to connect and build relationships steered her into recruiting. Dee started out her staffing career as a front desk receptionist at a legal staffing company where she first learned to screen candidates and set up interviews. As she wanted to further her career, she was promoted to full-cycle staffing. Dee received an opportunity as a Staffing Manager at a real estate/property management staffing agency where she managed a team of schedulers and was responsible for scheduling high volume assignments, new hire paperwork, assisted with payroll and Human Resource duties. Dee continued her staffing career by placing administrative and accounting positions. Her passion for helping people and doing the right thing only grew, leading her right to Care To Stay Home. When Dee is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, bike riding, going to concerts, and building sandcastles with her two kids.
